Silver, gilding. The central part of the pencil made of silver of purity Ag 800 / 1000. Decorated with embossed tording, stylized leaf, rocailles, flowers and central cartouche with engraved monogram. Upper screw part with round handle. Lower part with ink holder. Upper and lower part in gold-plated silver of Ag 500/1000 purity. Total weight 17,75 grams. Marked with: letters C. M. , indistinct makers mark. France? 1850 - 1890. Length 9 cm. Assay Office certificate.
